The thick gold trim around the edges and on the cup handle is thick and good, as are the hand painted flowers everywhere. Signed by Nancy Lee (Spring) on the bottom of the saucer and the tray. The matching cup that she painted is not signed in bottom, but on the outside of the cup by the flowers "Nancy Lee.".
