I HAVE HUNDREDS OF TIE TACKS, TIE BARS AND CUFF LINKS. I always try to point out any clear blemishes and condition. tie tack/bar: 2.44" x 0.27" (approx. 2-7/16" x 1/4" or 61.5mm x 6.5mm). Condition: GOOD, i think the ink is dried, it may be refillable, don't know - SEE PICS - (Hi resolution photos typically show more detail than is visible to the naked eye).
