Item is untested because I have no way to test this. * Comes in original clamshell packaging but no outer box. * The mouse looks new and one of the adapter cables looks a little dirty. The serial to Din adapter. Maybe previous owner used the cable for another mouse and just never used this mouse. What you see in the pics is what you get.
