Year: 1996 - 2002. We manufacture all of our covers in Allen, Texas. Our All Vinyl seat covers have vinyl on the seating surfaces and vinyl on the sides and back skirting. Due to trademark laws, we do not embroider or emboss logos into our seat back covers.
