This is in mint condition in the original box and hasn't ever been taken out or used. It is a Dexter Mat Cutter for cutting photo frame matting with a beveled edge or use with scrapbooking. The package of blades hasn't ever been opened and there are 5 inside. The box it comes in also has the cardboard sleeve it slides into.
