This product is only for Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1 and Windows 10. The physical box was a little messed up when UPS delivered it to me but everything inside it looks fine. I ordered it online, opened the box carefully and tried to install it. I have Windows 11 so the software would not install. The product key has never been activated. I waited more than two weeks and now it is too late to return it so I'm just trying to recoup some of my money back. Thanks for checking my item out
