Brand new, received as a Christmas gift 2025 but I think we don’t really need it because we bought a second TM6 instead! It’s been sat unused since new in the kitchen for a while then we boxed it up and stored away. There are some cosmetic storage marks, believe caused by the 3 pin plug playing on top of the machine in the box. See photos of the area to the left of the display screen. RRP £360 so this is an absolutely bargain price for a brand new machine!
