The ASROCK Motherboard was Parted out of a NewTek Video Switcher That Booted to BIOS as there was no HD in the Video Switcher.The Motherboard seems to have been The Factory Motherboard for the Video Switcher as there is glue residue on the motherboard SEE PHOTOS However The Video Switcher was able to Power on and Display the BIOS with no issues therefore We believe the Motherboard is Functioning as intended.
