Included is the NAS, the drive trays, 16 screws for the hard drives, and the drive bay lock keys. And a power cord. I can throw in an Ethernet cable if you like. IT DOES NOT COME WITH ANY HARD DRIVES, you will need to purchase hard drives yourself. It works perfectly and I just upgraded the firmware to the latest version with no issues. QNAP's website has the specs for this model. NO RETURNS.
