[Soft] forehead and rear pads with foam inside, your forehead and back head will feel softer. [IMPORTANT] for the forehead plastic adapter, be sure align and press the 2 centeral inserts first, then the 2 sides holes, otherwise, you may find 2 side holes can not be securely attached.
