We replaced our phones at Spectrum and somehow the trade in on my phone didn’t go through on the website, so now I have to sell it here instead. There is nothing wrong with it. The battery doesn’t last quite as long as it did when the phone was new but it’s still fine. I wasn’t sure what “locked or unlocked” meant. We bought these phones new and they were on spectrum network the whole time. We switched our plan to our new phones, also with Spectrum, so now this one should be ready to go.
