Comes as shown. I'm not an electrician and didn't want to mess anything up on this system or endanger myself, therefore I never plugged it in or attempted to get it working. No guarantees if it'll work for you. The outer box is rusty but the inside parts all look pretty good. Was kept in a storage unit for a few years. Please see pictures for details.
