I charged it and powered it up to test and take pictures. The plastic film is still on the screen. It appears to work as designed. Comes with everything that was in the box, power cable, stand, manual. See photos. He had tons of cool gadgets but hardly used any of them.. Sold as is - No returns **FYI I believe eBay offers an optional extended warranty from Allstate for a fairly reasonable cost, please consider this option to make sure everyone is happy after the item is received.
