Unit powers on, and the screen flashes all characters, but then it goes blank and never boots. The back panel is cracked as well as the GPIB port is missing one screw. For this reason, we are selling the unit AS-IS for parts/repair as a non-working or incomplete unit. We have not tested / inspected any further, item may have unknown issues we are not aware of. See all item photos for the condition of the unit. Unless pictured, no power adapter / power cable included. The unit is on hand and ready to ship.
