new, super cute. appears wrinkly in photos because it was vacuum wrapped/sealed and I took out of bag for photos. please see photos. this is a very LIGHTWEIGHT blanket! this is NOT heavy duty. soft outer material. polyester sherpa and Fleece like materials. no tags/care instructions on blanket. I assume machine washable on delicates, cold and dry on low heat, but I do not know for sure. photos may differ slightly as I have two, but they are the exact same.
