This extra large vintage Union Jack flag is made from linen. Measuring approximately 71” X 130” (5.9ft X 10.8 ft) the flag is believed to be from the early 19th century and used for either military or embassy purposes. Please see photos for full details of condition. There are some small areas of damage, but generally it is in amazing condition considering its age. The flag has what is believed to be the original hessian rope fed through one seam, with a wooden toggle to one end. Questions welcome.
