I source my guitar bodies and neck locally in UK. I've been building custom one off guitars for a few years now. Wiring- 3 way or 4 Way or 5 way switching. Pots- USA CTS pots and Oak Grisby switch. Finish- Polyurethane or Nitrocellulose.
