CONDITION: Overall, the item is in very good condition, with the exception of the boy's left ankle to the back. The fault on the boy's left leg is stable and does not appear to have increased. The marble base has been off and refixed using a modern threaded bar ( see pictures); at the very bottom of the marble base, an [original] nut has been fixed, and the threaded bar screws into this.
