The first layer is a foil shield (100% coverage aluminum foil/polyester tape backing with foil side out and bonded to dielectric to aid in stripping), then the second shield is a 60% coverage aluminum braid, third is another foil shield (100% coverage aluminum foil/polyester tape backing with foil side out), last layer is a 40% coverage aluminum braid.
