Two original cards from the Wills Aviation Series of 75, Australian Vice Regal Mixture issue, c.1910. Now over 110 years old. Card No. 26 - depicts a Persian king seated on a throne lashed to four eagles in flight, described on the reverse as one of the earliest conceptions of heavier-than-air flight.
