The background colour will be the surface where the decal will be applied on to (see the pictures). Lay the decal on a flat surface such as table. Use a squeegee, credit card or plastic spatula and rub firmly across the surface of the graphic to remove any bubbles and to strengthen the bond between the application tape and the graphic.
