Good Used Condition! They do have wear from over the years of being used. But they fully work with no issues. The black rubber grips are in good shape with no rips or tears. The head of the wire strippers have a tiny bit of very surface layer rust. (As seen in photo #13) It was hard to get good photos so I took a bunch.
