This is a very nice 1817 Spanish 8 Maravedis coin featuring the portrait of King Ferdinand VII. This coin is a great addition to any collection of world coins. The coin was minted in Spain and bears the denomination of Maravedí, which was in use from the 1500’s to 1800’s.
