Item comes from a adult collection of vintage toy catalogs and was stored away for years. Insert measures 10 1/2” X 10 1/2”. 16 pages. At some point it must have gotten wet and shows some water marks as shown. Pages have gotten stiff. Please check out photos Please email with any questions
