This unit looks new, and I believe was only used when I tested it. It has no flaws. It includes the speaker, power cord, and remote control, all in the original box and styrofoam. Plus, I am including an I-Wave Bluetooth 30 pin adapter so you can use it with other Bluetooth devices such as your newer cell phones or tablets.
