It powers on, shows half battery charge, torch is working, it goes to boost mode and delivers 14.22V to the clamps which is battery voltage. Please note IT IS NOT CHARGING, once plugged to charge red fast charge light comes on, cosmetic condition is good, unit only no accesories, sold as spares or repairs and no returns please.
