The items are individually hand carved and therefore exact sizes and natural grain colour can vary slightly. The colour of this particular Soapstone from the Kisii region of Kenya ranges in colour from white to pink to orangey with occasional marble effects. The bowls have many different uses. It is ideal as a sheltered outdoor tea light holder. It can be an outer plant pot for cacti and the like or just simply for storing knick knacks , like jewellery.
