This is a used junk item, a Pioneer Portable MD Recorder PMD-R1. Operation has been confirmed with both AC adapter and battery. Recording is not possible, making it a junk item. Playback, fast forward, and rewind functions work as a player, but it cannot record. An adapter is included. The LCD screen displays without any issues. There are small scratches. There is no rust.
