This is the vinyl soundtrack for Uncharted 4 from Iam8bit. It was opened to verify the color, and resleeve in mobile fidelity inner sleeves. It is completely unplayed. There is some wear on the edges, including a bend in the top right, which also effected the inner sleeves, from shipping as shown in the photos above.
