The turquoise color ashtray features a German Shepherd seeing eye dog embossed at center with the braille alphabet around the border. In 1950 Salem China Co. of Salem, Ohio produced these ashtrays. They were used as premiums for fund raiser donations to benefit organizations for the blind.
