Intact 17th Century English Bronze Cauldron By John Sturton This is a beauty. Fabulous cauldron from the late 16th early 17th century and in fabulous condition. It has had some repairs over the last 4-5 hundred years and is still water tight. Cauldrons were used as the main cooking pot in England up until the 18th century where most food was cooked in just one large pot to feed family, friend and worker. This is a heavy pot and a fabulous piece of English history.
