The collar has a broken section but still holds well and fits snuggly in the mounting bracket. You'll need to drill a hole below the bracket as the tang of the lasts protrude below the bracket. 5 of these are designed to fit with the collar one is of a different style probably stump or stake. since the photos everything has been wiped down with WD40 AND 3 IN 1 to prevent further rust. the total weight is just under 13kg bare so that is why the shipping is high and the item price is lower
