This has been tested and works great! This does include a Meta Quest Elite strap with battery and charging dock. This also includes an extra long charging power cord. Blemish: one of the controller charging batteries isn’t working well or at all. It does not hold a charge but you can either replace that battery or just use a regular battery for the controller.
