On the screen there are icons as you can see in the photo that are permanently there. So I think it needs the screen replaced. Apart from this the phone is fully working and comes with a charger, pen and box with the inserts. In good condition with a few marks around the phone shown in the photos but nothing noticeable if you have a case on it. The item will be dispatched within 1 day.
