This phone still works. There are some cracks on the screen and on the back. The GPS doesn't work so well. And the call volume is very low when you put the phone up to your ear. The speaker phone is fine though. The screen has some burn in. Feel free to leave a message if you have any questions. I don't think that this phone is unlocked. It is locked with Verizon.
