Problem removing High security lug nut lock on Luxury car. Remove the spinning collet from the wheel bolt. Then use the spline removal tool to remove the bolt from the rim. Because spinning ring wheel lock bolt is stuck from being rounded, stripped and/or the key is broken or missing.
