New old stock. Factory sealed condition. Factory cut out along the top edge. Shrink has a small tear in it on the back cover. It looks like there may have been some dust and debris settling inside of the shrink due to the small opening. I have to assume upon opening, a light cleaning may be in order to make it perfect.
