Cosmetically the silver cover seems in excellent condition with no marks or damage. The same can be said for the unit itself. I cant see any blemishes on the screena and the colour and pixels seem perfect. I fully charged it and its held charge for over a week now with no signs of the battery indicator dropping. I don't know alot about the hard/soft ware. I haven't factory reset it. I found some demo videos and music and it plays the video fine and the sound seems perfect.
