This game is brand new, but the seal is broken in two spots. Part of the seal is missing on the bottom right corner, and it looks like someone may have tried to slice the seal open on the spine side to remove something, but they definitely failed since you can still see that the manual, poster, and disc are all still there, and the seal is otherwise holding the case shut. See pictures for details. Apparently this poster seems pretty uncommon these days. Priced under actual "new" sealed copies for seal condition reasons.
