The magazine is about 10 7/8" tall and 8 1/2" wide. It has 24 pages inside. The front cover has creases and paper color loss. The back cover also has creases and paper color loss. The top of the back cover has a crease that is almost a tear. The edges of the covers, as well as the pages, have paper color loss. The page corners have slight dog ears. The pages have wrinkles in them, it doesn't look like water damage. This will ship sandwiched between cardboard.
