The iPad is iCloud unlocked. The digitizer is working great however, the light diffuser at the bottom of the iPad is not covering the light source completely. This does not affect the use of the iPad, but wanted to make note of it before you purchase. Cosmetically everything is in good shape. See photos for details and message me with any questions.
