Listed is a VisionTek HD7750 2GB Eyefinity 6 Card. Used for years up until a few weeks ago. Still works perfectly. This is a great card for multi display workstations.I've used it regularly at 2560 x 1440 @ 59hz, on 6 displays. It can do 4K on 6 displays at 30Hz. Stock fan bearing died so I replaced it with a Zalman cooler I had laying around. Absolutely silent. I will warn you it is a little annoying to set this up in Linux, but it is doable with xrandr on most desktop environments.
