I used two soft, 100% cotton coordinating flannels. The front of the rag quilt blanket features Dotty Elephants of various sizes and colors, white, gray, and blue on a pale blue background. The back of the rag quilt blanket is done in a pale gray that coordinates very nicely with the print of the front.
