WWF officially licensed WrestleMania XIII Plaque signed by Shawn Michaels, who defeated Bret Hart that night to become WWF Champion. A piece of the WrestleMania XII ring mat is included from that legendary event. The plaque measures approximately 13" x 16", and it's in great condition, especially for being nearly 30 years. There is some minor paint loss on the corners, but they're hardly noticeable when displaying the plaque. Please see all the pictures for the condition. The easel isn't included.
