The precut High Quality ZnS(Ag) sheet is ready to be installed over the end of a PMT or scintillation crystal (after cutting to shape with scissors), like the one shown in the pictures. They are not necessary for Gamma Only Detectors, but are used often for Alpha Scintillation Detectors built with “End Windows”.
