Comes with everything you see: FM transceiver (made in Japan), speaker/mic, manual, power supply. Comes with original warranty card, which may be expired. I am not familiar with this item and I am unable to obtain any signal or sound when changing bands but hear static momentarily when press the side button. When pressing the side button the mic, unit beeps and reads “ERROR” on the screen. I am not able to test the veracity of the battery so no guarantees on battery life.
