This is an earlier version of the 256. The nib size and model designation is located on the piston knob. A very nice smooth, yet flexy nib, with a very good line variation. The 256 was the biggest model from the series, it is a very thick pen and there is a picture comparing its size(a different pen in that picture) to a celluloid 146 and a 252.
