Unlock for any carrier. WIFI WONT TOGGLE ON AND PHONE SAYS "CELLULAR ISSUE DETECTED" i updated it and still has the same issue. Cosmetically I would give it a 8.7 out of 10 in my opinion. Screen has some minor scratches as shown in the last photo. I did buy the phone secondhand so I do not know the service history. Accessories not included.
