AT&T only and no Apple ID attached. The back is cracked as shown in the photos as well as the camera lens cover. The screen does have some scratches, but no cracks. I just want to be transparent about the back of the phone so there’s no discrepancy in purchasing. When I tested everything, everything function, but the Bluetooth would not connect even though it said it was on. I did buy the phone secondhand so I do not know the service history. Accessories not included.
