These look and work like new. Bought these directly from Bang and Olufsen. They come with everything pictured. I bought these to replace my very old h95's because I loved those and thought these would just be better and technically they are but to me the H95's had more bass. Also I recently got the Bower and Wilkens P8 S2 and find myself using them, they too have a bit more "thump" to their sound. Feel free to ask any questions. Thanks!
